Laying down in bed
I look to see if you are there
But nothing but darkness
Surrounds the room
I reach out to hold you
But I can only feel nothing
Pulling my hand back
I hope it is not a dream
Standing up to walk around
I begin to undress
Removing my shoes
Undoing my tie
The appearance of a workman
Slowly disappears
Gentle a smile appears on my face
Something comes closer to my body
A pair of hands wrapping around my chest
A body presses against my back
Soft whispers spoken towards my heart
Turning to have you in my arms
I gladly bring you close
To embrace in a kiss
